My postpartum cookie recipe 🍪

Sinfully delicious to satisfy your sweet cravings!

I’ve been making a batch of these nearly every other day lately during my postpartum journey, and they’ve truly been hitting the spot.

These cookies are gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free, and they're simply incredible. The secret ingredient is tahini, which adds a creamy richness and nutty taste that cannot be beat.

If you have extra oats after making a batch of my healthy oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, use up the rest to make your own oat milk. It's good for you and saves you money in the process. Making homemade oat milk is actually much easier than you think, all you need is a blender and a cheesecloth, and you're set! Take it a step further and use the leftover pulp from the oat milk to make my famous truffle recipe. Thank me later!

Hey guys, Carleigh here from PlantYou for our weekly countertop catch-up. The snow is finally starting to melt where I am in Canada and wow, what a difference it makes when the sun finally starts shining again. This past week marked two years since my mom passed away, and naturally my emotions have been a bit all over the place. I won’t spend too much time dwelling on the loss itself here, but I did want to touch briefly on grief and something some people like to call “signs.” You might be...

Hey guys, Carleigh here from PlantYou for our weekly countertop catch-up. 🙂 My view was a little sunnier this past week, as we were on vacation! It was incredible to soak in the sunshine after a verrrrrrry long winter in Canada. With that said, travelling with a 7-month-old baby is like an Olympic-level FEAT, and we’re kind of glad to be back at home now and into a routine. If you have any recommendations for baby-friendly vacation spots, I’m all ears for our next trip?! Just reply. I think...

Hey guys! Carleigh here from PlantYou, writing this from my kitchen counter while staring out at a five-foot snowbank and questioning all my life choices. One of my big goals for 2026 is to reconnect with you via newsletter. During the end of my pregnancy and post-baby, my amazing Online Business Manager, Pam, has been scheduling our recipe newsletters (thank goodness!), but I miss you guys and feel reinvigorated to write to my friends!!! Don’t worry, those will still be sent, but I wanted to...
